All candidates are fully qualified and briefed against the clients' specific vacancy criteria in terms of skills, depth of experience, location, availability, salary, character etc. Our fee only becomes applicable once the candidate has started in the client's employment.

| In Summary |
- When entering a business relationship with a company Tritium looks to gain a thorough understanding of the company, the vacancy specification, timescales, and selection process. This is ideally conducted at a site meeting with the client.
- All potential candidates will be contacted and their suitability assessed prior to submission. No resumes will be forwarded without the express permission of the applicant. All candidates submitted will have shown a keen interest in your opportunity.
- All submitted candidates will be continually updated on the status of their application.
- All interviews at the request of the client, can be arranged and confirmed with the candidates. Unsuccessful candidates will be advised and whenever possible, told the reason for their rejection.
- Prior to interview candidates will receive a final company and vacancy briefing.
- Following an interview, all candidates are fully debriefed to assess their interest in the position, and then advised on the next stage.
